How to solve the problem of electromagnetic signal interference in stone engraving machine. After analysis by our engineers, it is found that the general stepping motor and the driver housing are not magnetically shielded by aluminum, titanium or magnesium alloy casing, so the receiver is highly sensitive. The system causes interference, makes it unable to work, and pollutes the power supply, causing the control system's MCU and the host computer to be unable to communicate. In severe cases, the MCU crashes, causing difficulties for normal use, so the interference problem must be solved.
The following measures can be taken to solve:
A. Install a power filter to reduce contamination of the AC power.
B. "One point to ground" principle. The ground of the power filter, the driver PE (ground) (the driver is insulated from the chassis floor), the control pulse PULSE- and the direction pulse DIR- shorted the lead wire, the motor ground wire, the cable protection sleeve between the driver and the motor, the driver The shielded wires are connected to the grounding post on the wall of the chassis and require good contact.
C. Try to increase the distance between the control line and the power line (L, N) and the motor drive line (U, V, W) to avoid crossover. For example, we are dealing with two drive installations in the same chassis in a two-axis drive system. In position, one drive nameplate faces forward and the other faces backwards, and the construction is arranged to keep these leads as short as possible.
D. Use shielded wires to reduce interference from the outside world or interference from the outside world (power cord).
After the above processing, the system works reliably.
