How to use the engraving machine?

1. Fix the material to be engraved on the engraving machine, and use screws and press buttons. Note: Try to make the horizontal and vertical directions perpendicular to the horizontal and vertical directions of the engraving machine.

2, install the milling cutter

3, open the operating system of the engraving machine (here, Weihong system as an example)

4. Load the engraving file that needs to be engraved (file type is NC)

5, a very important step! Set the origin: turn on the engraving machine power, turn on the spindle rotation, then click the manual button, first set the Z axis, click the Z- button to make the milling cutter and the engraving machine table height 0, and then click the number behind the workpiece coordinate Z to make It is 0. Then set the X-axis and Y-axis origins, click on X+X-Y+Y- to position the cutter in the lower left corner of the material to be machined, and then click on the number behind the XY at the workpiece coordinates to make them all zero. Setting the coordinate origin is complete!

6, simulation. Click the emulation button (shortcut F8) to see if the engraving path is correct. If there is no error, click the emulation button again to cancel the simulation.

7, start. Everything is ready, click on the start button (shortcut F9) to start the engraving. The speed of the engraving is adjusted according to the hardness of the engraving material.

8. Suspension. If the milling cutter breaks or other unexpected situations occur during the engraving process, press the pause button (shortcut F10)
